Auto Accidents

Did You Know... Insurance companies will often offer lowball settlement amounts to auto accident victims who suffer from soft-tissue injuries like whiplash, bruising, muscle tears and minor sprains.

We see clients come into our office each and everyday suffering from these so-called "soft tissue injuries", the majority of whom are often in such debilitating pain that they can no longer work or readily carry out their daily activities. It has always been our belief that anyone suffering from these types of injuries should not be offered lower settle amounts.  In fact, soft tissue injuries can often be more painful then a broken bone because very little can be done in the way of treatment, and they will often just require rest over a period of time.  Why should you be forced to put your life on hold while your injuries heal simply because of someone elses negligence?

At the law office of Alekman DiTusa, LLC, we have a long track record of success when handling the personal injury lawsuits of people injured in auto accidents. Our attorneys have substantial knowledge and familiarity with car accident cases - whether the injury was minor or life altering.

After a car accident, first get high quality medical attention. Then, contact our office for a free and no-pressure consultation with an experienced auto accident lawyer who can analyze your case and help you decide how to proceed.

How Are My Medical Bills Going To Be Paid?

After an auto accident, the first question on every accident victim's mind is, "How am I going to pay my medical bills if I can't work?" Luckily, Massachusetts has a no-fault system which requires vehicles to carry Personal Injury Protection Benefits insurance (also called PIP). You are entitled to PIP benefits no matter whose fault the accident was, and PIP insurance guarantees that the first $2,000 of your medical bills will be paid. If you do not have private health insurance, PIP will pay up to $8,000 in medical benefits.

Different Types of Auto Accidents May Require Different Investigation Techniques

Each investigation our office undertakes starts with several very basic routine proceedures which focus on simply gathering the evidence surrounding the matter through interviews, police reports, and medical records.  Following these initial steps we can then evalutate what type of special investigations techniques will be need to resolve the matter.  This can mean anything from calling on our various experts for testimony during trial, to fully reinacting the scene of the accident.  Whether your accident is a...

Our attorneys have successfully handled all kinds of auto accident personal injury cases, including cases involving injuries to children and auto accidents in which both spouses in a marriage were seriously injured.
