Meet our Attorneys
Attorneys Ryan Alekman and Robert DiTusa both have extensive litigation experience and worked together for three years prior to forming Alekman DiTusa, LLC, in Springfield, Massachusetts. Each attorney brings a unique set of strengths and skills to the practice. Attorney Alekman is aggressive with insurance adjusters and is an experienced negotiator. Attorney DiTusa is an experienced civil litigator who takes a detail-oriented approach to litigation. Together, they are an effective team.
Ryan Alekman is a third-generation attorney who specializes in personal injury and criminal defense. As someone who grew up surrounded by the law (his mother had her office in the house to enable her to practice law and be an involved parent), attorney Alekman knows what it means to provide service to clients. Also, attorney Alekman is fluent in Spanish. He is well known as "el abogado que habla español" or "the lawyer who speaks Spanish."
Robert DiTusa has experience in several areas of law, having practiced in New York and Boston before moving to Springfield in 2003. More recently, he has worked as a Special State Prosecutor for the Massachusetts Attorney General. He has chosen to focus his practice on personal injury litigation. He is a firm believer in caring, personal service and uses his negotiation and litigations skills to achieve successful results for his clients.
